【Ingredients】
cabbage 1/2 ball
bean sprouts 2 bags
Leek 1 bundle
Beef offal (any part you like) *pork offal can be substituted 400-500g
garlic moderate amount
soy sauce 10cc
2 cc of sugar
【soup】
water 800cc
chicke cube 1
soy sauce 6 tablespoons (90ml)
sugar 2cc
1 clove of garlic
【How to make it】
- Dissolve all the [soup] ingredients in a pot, add the offal cut into bite-sized pieces, and heat over medium heat.
- When the meat is no longer raw, place large pieces of cabbage in the center and top with bean sprouts.
